2. Material Prepare

• Select materials including gelatin, pectin or acacia gum, flavoring agents, coloring agents, herbal extract, and more according to the requirement.
• Ingredients will be selected carefully to meet the required safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

3. Weighing and Mixing

• Materials and ingredients will be weighed precisely before cooking. Pectin, syrup, flavoring agents, purified water, and other materials will be mixed in a huge heating tank.
• When the materials are heated and in a solid shape, keep them at a certain temperature range, add active ingredients such as vitamins, minerals, herbal extracts, etc., and stir until they are uniform.

4. Cooking

• Cooking the mixture within a predetermined temperature range ensures the gummies have the proper consistency and texture.
• During this step, the temperature needs to be closely monitored to avoid degradation of the active ingredients.

5. Molding and Demolding

• With the help of pouring machines, the hot liquid gummy mixture is dripped into the mold to give the gummy its shape, such as bear, flower, cube, or other custom design.
• The molds are then transferred to a cooling tunnel for shaping, where the gummies solidify and cure before being demoulded. After that, they are transferred to an oven for drying, which takes several hours.

6. Coating

• Gummies may be coated with a thin layer of oil, wax, or sugar to prevent them from sticking together and to improve the texture of the gummies.
• Some gummies may also be coated to enhance flavor or provide an outer protective layer.

7. Quality Control and Testing

8. Packaging

• Once the gummies pass quality control, they will be packaged in bottles, pouches, or other containers.
• The packaging is designed to protect the gummies from moisture and air, which may affect their shelf life.

9. Labeling and Distribution

• Each package is labeled with product information, including ingredients, nutritional information, excipients, etc., and is printed with expiration dates and batch numbers for traceability.

10. Storage and Shelf Life
